Get a broad chest and six-pack abs without lifting weights

First of all, you do not need to lift weights to be able to gain muscles. Lifting is one of the ways but not the only way.

Calisthenics is underated but trust me, it is one of the few ways to gain muscles, build tolerance and strengthen your entire body without any stress.

When I tell people that I built my amazing body through pushups and calisthenics as a whole, they doubt. Yes, they doubt me! Someone even said to me one day that, calisthenics cannot help anyone gain healthy muscles as quick as lifting weights does. Then I realized that there is a lot about calisthenics most people do not know at all.

What is calisthenics by the way?
According to Wikipedia, "calisthenics or callisthenics is a form of strength training consisting of a variety of movements that exercise large muscle groups, such as standing, grasping, pushing, and many more. These exercises are often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, as bodyweight exercises"
Calisthenics to me, is a form of exercise that involves the use of one's bodyweight.

And what is a push-up?
According to physio-pedia, "Pushups are an exercise in which a person, keeping a prone position, with the hands palms down under the shoulders, the balls of the feet on the ground, and the back straight, pushes the body up and lets it down by an alternate straightening and bending of the arms."

Push-ups played a very huge role in the transformation of my body into this muscled-up individual I am today.

I do at least hundred (100) push-ups a day. Some days I go as much as three hundred (300).
I know it may sound crazy but you can also do it. It requires just determination, and discipline.

If you would like to do two hundred (200) push-ups a day, this is what you are going to do:
Do a hundred in the morning, and another hundred in the evening. Just spread it throughout the day and you are going to start seeing improvement.

Mix up the push-up types and engage in the ones that hit the areas of your body you really want to transform.

The push-up types that are good for the chest include wide push-up, decline push-up,  clap push-up, inclined push-up, one-handed push-up, wall push-up, knee push up, standard push-up, and shoulder tap push-up.

The ones that are good for your core strength and ultimately six-pack to be specific include spider man push-up, archer push-up,  wall push-up, floor Push-ups, inchworm push-ups, running man push-up, push-up with tucks, and push-ups with mountain climbers.

Push-ups is one of the easiest workouts in the world but is very efficient in transforming a body in a short period of time. Remember, the more push-ups you do, the more transformed your body becomes.
